Scott Williams
Scott Williams, as the President and CEO of Trigon Cyber, Inc., embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in August 2019 by founding the company. His upbringing in Huntsville, AL, by an Army family that adopted him as a child in Honolulu, Hawaii, instilled in him a deep-rooted appreciation for hard work and small businesses, fueling his ambition to establish his own venture one day. Trigon Cyber has been a personal mission and endeavor, with its name, emblem, and slogan deeply influenced by Scott’s Polynesian heritage, a connection he rekindled in 2018 upon reuniting with his Tongan birth family.
Scott has had a multifaceted career spanning over three decades, where he held various senior technical, management, and leadership positions encompassing both profit and non-profit sectors across different technical domains including cybersecurity, information technology (IT), and software development in the aerospace and defense and healthcare technology services industries, public and educational institutions, and large-scale corporate IT environments.
Scott is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. He desires Trigon Cyber to be known for their “People First” agenda, which includes the fresh new ways they recruit, develop, mentor, and retain their employees as much as they are known for the innovative and quality services and products they deliver to customers. He dedicates himself to mentoring and supporting small start-ups and early-stage companies, believing strongly in the ethos of giving back and paying it forward. Outside of his professional career, Scott cherishes time with his family and actively engages in supporting various non-profit causes, reflecting his commitment to both personal and community growth.
