Faith O’Neil Williams serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Trigon Cyber, Inc., where she brings her leadership and experience to the company’s human resources philosophy, programs, and initiatives. Her role includes talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. In addition to her HR responsibilities, Faith also serves as the Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO).
Originally from Ohio and having grown up in the Huntsville area, Faith has over 18 years of experience in various administrative and office functions, including providing various administration support for Program and Project Managers and other high-level managers in various organizational environments. She has over 10 years of industrial security experience. Faith holds a Bachelor of Science from Faulkner University.
Outside of her professional life, Faith cherishes spending time with her husband, Scott, and their family including their lovable dog, Big Al The Basset Hound.
