Faith O’Neil Williams is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Trigon Cyber, Inc., where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operations and strategic direction. She also serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. In addition to her HR leadership, Faith holds the position of Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO), further demonstrating her versatility and commitment to Trigon Cyber’s success.
Originally from Ohio and having grown up in the Huntsville area, Faith has over 18 years of experience in various administrative and office functions, including providing various administration support for Program and Project Managers and other high-level managers in various organizational environments. She has over 10 years of industrial security experience. Faith holds a Bachelor of Science from Faulkner University.
Outside of her professional life, Faith cherishes spending time with her husband, Scott, and their family including their lovable dog, Big Al The Basset Hound.
